PINECREST KITCHEN REMODEL
We modified this South Miami home to better suit the flow and layout of the new KabCo Kitchen. Although the initial space was large, it accumulated clutter, lacked storage and was closed off from the rest of the home. We eliminated an outdated walk-in pantry and dividing family room wall. This allowed for custom built-in pantries and an open floor plan concept.
Warm wood tones were used in both flooring and base cabinets to anchor this large space. Keeping the palette light, we installed white Omega cabinets and pantries along with Compac quartz counters. Precise mitered waterfalls were important in creating clean lines and modernizing this kitchen. At the island, a built-in table was constructed out of natural quartzite for everyday dining.
The cabinets are fully equipped with organization options such as pantry roll outs, corner lazy susans, cutlery inserts and so much more. A convenient workstation sink and JennAir panel-ready appliances were the perfect choice for this lux kitchen. Overhead the sculptured pendants add an extra warm touch to this welcoming space.
