COCOPLUM REMODEL – A Bright, Functional Transformation with Timeless Appeal
Every KabCo project begins with understanding how our clients live — and how thoughtful design can elevate that experience. For this Cocoplum home, the kitchen had great bones but felt dated and disconnected from the homeowners’ refined, transitional style.
Working with the existing layout, our design team created a custom plan centered around their new appliances and lifestyle needs. The cabinetry was completely reimagined in a sleek white lacquer finish with recessed panel doors and modern hardware, balancing clean lines with understated elegance. Calacatta quartz countertops, a 2½” mitered edge, and a waterfall peninsula bring sculptural presence and a sense of luxury to the space.
To maximize functionality, we introduced a compact prep island, ample counter space, and discreet pop-up outlets for convenience without clutter. A mini stone-strip backsplash adds natural texture and visual warmth — now one of the homeowners’ favorite focal points.
The result is a bright, modern kitchen that blends sophistication and practicality — a seamless reflection of KabCo’s design-build expertise and commitment to crafting spaces that are both beautiful and built for everyday living.
