The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years industry experience
- 5 years of retail sales experience preferred
- Some experience designing and quoting projects with 20/20 design software and multiple cabinet catalogs
- Good organizational skills to work closely with project managers, contractors and installation department to ensure successful completion.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work on Saturdays
- Desire to create the perfect solution for clients
- Willingness to go above and beyond
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Meeting with walk in customers and determining their needs
- Quoting projects and closing sales
- Working with clients to design their dream kitchen or bath
- Accurately measuring spaces for projects
