What began as a dated kitchen and closed-off layout evolved into a relaxed, open concept that feels fresh, functional, and inviting. Our construction team reconfigured interior walls to create a better flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas — a signature KabCo move to maximize natural light and enhance everyday living.
Electrical and plumbing were reworked to accommodate the new design and upgraded fixtures, while drywall, ceilings, and flooring were refinished to achieve a seamless, magazine-worthy finish. Every phase of construction was managed in-house by our licensed GC team to ensure the highest quality standards.
Custom Cabinetry & Premium Finishes
The new kitchen features Masterbrand Cabinetry, selected for its solid wood construction and custom detailing. The design blends crisp white shaker cabinets with warm wood accents, creating contrast and balance. Premium finishes and soft-close Blum components complete every drawer and door — subtle details that define KabCo quality.
The counters were fabricated from quartz for lasting durability and a clean, modern aesthetic. A full-height backsplash completes the design, creating an elegant, continuous look that will never go out of style.
