The Seagrass project was designed to reflect a relaxed, coastal-modern lifestyle with layers of organic warmth and contemporary precision. Every finish was selected to evoke the essence of South Florida’s landscape — bright, natural, and effortlessly refined.

What began as a dated, compartmentalized layout was completely reimagined by the KabCo Kitchens design and construction team. Interior walls were removed to create an open-concept flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, allowing natural light to flood every corner. The result is a seamless, airy space designed for both everyday comfort and entertaining. At the heart of this South Miami home, the new kitchen showcases thin shaker cabinetry and custom hood in a balanced mix of painted white and warm chocolate wood tones. The redesigned layout brings warmth and contrast, paired with light quartz countertops and backsplash, medium wood floors, and subtle brass accents for a clean, timeless appeal.
