 HOW TO MEASURE MY KITCHEN

1. Start by drawing the outline of the room.

2. Be sure to include the locations of all doors, windows, pass-throughs and major appliances.

3. Measure all walls and label them with accurate measurements. Don’t forget the ceiling height.

4. To measure doors and windows, include the outer-most dimensions of the casing. Remember to measure the height of the window, if the window is off the floor.

5. If you have any soffits in the room,clearly identify where they are and what size they are. Inform the designer if these can be taken out.

6. Add any extra notes for your new kitchen layout.
